All product descriptions, images, and specifications on pulpoffe.com are provided in good faith. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Pulpoffe reserves the right to amend prices at any time; however, the price charged to you will be the price confirmed at the time of your order.

Product images are representative only. Actual packaging, shades, and dimensions may vary slightly. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If an error is discovered after your order, we will contact you promptly.

Placing an order on pulpoffe.com constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where items are out of stock, pricing errors have occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Pulpoffe is not obligated to process an order until such confirmation is sent.

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI where available. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store card numbers on our servers. In the event of a disputed payment, please contact us within 7 days at hello@pulpoffe.com.

All content on this website, including the Pulpoffe name and logo, product images, copy, design, layouts, and brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pulpoffe and its licensors, protected under Indian copyright law and applicable international treaties. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or republished without prior written consent from Pulpoffe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulpoffe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
