1. Delivery Timelines
We ship across India and take pride in delivering your Pulpoffe coffee quickly and safely. All timelines below are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Karnataka.
4. Packaging
All Pulpoffe products are sealed in airtight, food grade pouches to preserve freshness and aroma. Orders are packed securely with protective inner padding to prevent damage in transit. We use recyclable outer packaging wherever possible, in keeping with our commitment to sustainability.
5. Karnataka & Pan-India Delivery
Pulpoffe ships to all states and union territories across India. Our fulfilment centre is located in Karnataka, the heartland of Indian coffee, allowing us to dispatch fresh stock quickly. For bulk or institutional orders (above 10 kg), please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our logistics partner's portal. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please email us at orders@pulpoffe.com with your order number and we will investigate within 24 hours.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to two times. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply for re-shipment. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of order.
