Returns & Refunds

We believe in doing right by every customer.

1. Our Return Philosophy

We stand behind the quality of every Pulpoffe product. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right, quickly and without fuss. Our return policy is designed to be fair to both you and to us.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible unless the product is found to be genuinely defective and you have evidence of the defect.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival
  • The wrong product or variant was delivered
  • The product is sealed and completely unopened in its original packaging
  • Return request is accompanied by photographic evidence of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of food products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used coffee pouches
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 7 day window without prior approval
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

This policy is in place for health, hygiene, and food safety reasons and is standard practice for food and beverage products sold in India.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is received and approved, we will arrange for pickup from your address. After the returned item is received and inspected at our facility:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Stripe-processed card or UPI)
  • Bank processing times may add an additional 2 to 3 business days

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, the seal, and the damaged product before opening further. Send these images along with your order number to hello@pulpoffe.com within 48 hours of delivery. Damage claims filed after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Send your return request to hello@pulpoffe.com with your order number and reason for return.

Attach Evidence
Include clear photographs of the product and packaging, especially if damaged or defective.

Await Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Return Dispatch
If approved, you will receive pickup instructions or a prepaid return label.

Refund Credited
Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving the return.
